9.00am - 6pm New Zealand Time (0500 - 1800) Monday
5.00am - 6pm New Zealand Time (0500 - 1800) Tuesday to Friday
8.00pm - Midnight New Zealand Time (2000 - 0000) Monday to Friday
5.00am - 9.00am New Zealand Time (0500 - 0900) Saturday

what that means for you

In North America, that means you will be able to call us for thirteen hours starting from mid-morning, Pacific Time (or early afternoon, Eastern Time).

In the UK, you will be able to call us for up to four hours in the mornings and again in the evenings.

In Australia, we're normally a couple of hours ahead of Eastern Time.

These times vary depending on whether Daylight Saving Time is effective in your region and/or ours, so please check the time in New Zealand before calling.

don't forget we're "a day ahead"

Our time is half a day ahead of Europe, and three-quarters of a day ahead of America. Unfortunately that means on Friday your time we're likely closed for the weekend.
