Photojunction Support Forums are free to use and anyone can read them. You need to register to make a post, whether to ask a question, make a comment or suggest an improvement to the software.

Support Suite

One-on-one help

We offer one-on-one help strictly on a "first come first served" basis. When it comes to user support and education, first priority goes to Support Suite and and our forums, so that we can offer the best possible service to all users. First priority for one-on-one support goes to clients who have reported bugs and other software problems.

One-to-one help can be via phone only, or via eCare (with our consultant looking "over your shoulder" at your computer monitor while you talk together on the phone). You'll need a separate landline phone and high-speed internet connection, as well as a 500KB plug-in downloaded and installed to your Internet browser.
