Project Browser PDF Print E-mail

The project Browser is a list of all the Clients, Events and Products you’ve entered to date. Open the Project Browser from the File Menu, by selecting Browse Existing Projects from the Start Window, or by entering CTRL-O (CMMD-O in Mac).

The Project Browser offers a quick and easy way to locate anything you’ve worked on in the past. It lists all your Clients, Events and Products rather than just the five most recent.

  • All the Clients you’ve entered are listed in the left-hand panel.

  • Click on a Client and Events for that Client will appear in the next column.

  • Click on an Event and you can drill down to Products, and then to Exports, related to that Event.

Add, edit, duplicate, delete

To open and edit a Client, Event or Product, double click on it, or select it and click the Edit (pencil) icon at the bottom of the panel.

You can also Add, Delete or Duplicate Clients, Events or Products. If you want to set up a new Event for an Existing Client you should start here, by selecting the Client and clicking on Add Event.

Duplicating can save your hide!

We strongly recommend duplicating your work before making wholesale changes. You can duplicate a selected Client, Event or Product by right-clicking on it or by clicking the Duplicate button at the bottom of the panel:

  • Duplicating a Client also duplicates all its Events and Products.

  • Duplicating an Event duplicates all its Products.

  • Duplicating does NOT duplicate Exports.

  • The Duplicate function can be a life-saver if you do something radical like change an album format - and don’t like the results.

  • The Send Order album function locks the design so it can't be edited or re-sent. Duplicating it creates an unlocked copy.
