How our prices work, and where to find them!

Queensberry products and services are available to professional photographers, artists and album designers. To view wholesale pricing or place orders, first register for a free Queensberry account.

Registering for pricing access

When you register, we’ll ask for your name and contact details, a password, some business information to confirm your professional status, and your areas of interest.

You’ll receive an automated email confirming your registration. You can then explore Workspace, but prices and wholesale ordering remain unavailable until your account is approved. Approval normally takes no more than one business day. Once approved, we’ll email you a link to log in and view pricing.

After approval, use the price calculators under Prices in the main Workspace navigation. They let you review prices for Queensberry products, options, extras and services, and produce an instant on-screen estimate.

What affects the price

Because Queensberry products are highly customisable, the final price depends on the choices you make. Typical factors include:

  • Product size.
  • Cover material, such as leather or buckram.
  • The number and type of album pages.
  • The number of mats and prints in a box.
  • Embossing and other personalisation.
  • Packaging upgrades.
  • Services such as album design and colour correction.

Currency, tax, freight and discounts

Your billing currency depends on your location. Queensberry publishes prices, invoices and charges eligible accounts in US dollars, British pounds, euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or New Zealand dollars. Customers elsewhere are generally charged in US dollars.

Calculator totals are estimates. Tax, discounts, changes, non-standard work and other additional charges can affect the amount paid. Freight is normally included for albums, boxes, frames and canvases when shipped once per order. Loose, matted and mounted prints incur freight charges.
