Confidentiality and controlled workflows

Queensberry regularly handles private and sensitive photography. Unless we have your express permission, we do not duplicate, print or distribute images from an event except as required to complete your work. We do not publish them, create samples from them or use them for another purpose without permission.

Additional controlled workflow

If an order requires added assurance, ask us about a separate controlled workflow before production begins.

• Access is limited to staff directly involved in design, colour correction, printing, assembly or supervision.
• The work is carried out under the supervision of the relevant managers.
• The confidentiality requirement is reinforced with everyone involved.
• Unneeded working prints are destroyed.
• After the finished product has been approved, related files can be removed from our servers on request, subject to operational and legal requirements.

All Queensberry staff are bound by confidentiality obligations as part of their employment.

Confidentiality agreements

Queensberry does not normally sign customer confidentiality agreements whose potential damages or indemnities are disproportionate to the work being undertaken. Instead, we rely on our established confidentiality policy and the controlled workflow described above.

A surcharge applies to the controlled workflow. Please contact Queensberry before placing the order so we can understand the required controls.
