Current Queensberry production times

Queensberry products are handmade to order. Order volumes vary from week to week and seasonally, and file or production queries can also cause delays. Treat these times as estimates and allow additional time for shipping.

Check the estimated delivery date for an order already in production.

Photo albums

Order processing

• Queensberry-designed albums: the initial draft design is normally supplied within 2–4 working days.
• Albums you design yourself: order confirmation and the payment request are normally supplied within one working day.

Production begins only after the order has been confirmed and paid for.

• Flushmount albums: approximately 12 working days.
• Overlay Matted albums: approximately 13 working days.
• Duo albums: approximately 13 working days.

Loose prints

If Queensberry is colour correcting the files, allow an additional 1–3 working days.

• 12×8 inches and smaller: approximately 1–2 working days.
• Larger than 12×8 inches: approximately 2–3 working days.
• Bulk print orders: approximately 2–3 working days.
• Foamboard-mounted prints: approximately 4–6 working days.

Boxes, matted prints and wall art

• Loose matted prints: approximately 5 working days.
• Premium and Studio Boxes, including bulk orders: approximately 8 working days.
• Loose Print Boxes: approximately 6 working days.
• Canvases: approximately 10 working days.
• Frames: approximately 10 working days.

Shipping, queries and peak periods

• Allow approximately 1–3 additional days within New Zealand, 2–3 days to Australia and North America, and 3–4 days to Europe. Courier times cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders cannot enter production until confirmation and payment are complete.
• Questions, changes, missing files or specification problems can add time.
• Production times normally extend during the end-of-year peak. Finalise time-sensitive orders as early as possible.
