Woman-only workflow

Queensberry understands that some customers require additional privacy and discretion for cultural, religious or personal reasons.

On request, we can arrange a separate, controlled woman-only workflow so that the relevant images and products are viewed and handled only by female staff members.

How the workflow operates

• Only staff directly involved in the work—such as design, colour correction, printing and assembly—are informed about or given access to the images.
• Only female staff and managers are permitted to view, edit, print or otherwise work with the images.
• The confidentiality requirement is reinforced with everyone involved in the order.
• Unneeded working prints are destroyed.
• After the finished product has been approved, associated files can be removed from our servers on request, subject to operational and legal requirements.

All Queensberry staff are bound by confidentiality obligations as part of their employment.
