Queensberry’s services and account benefits are designed to make ordering professional photographic products simpler and more predictable.

Design and production support

• Album design: Queensberry can design album layouts for you. Current service pricing is available in Workspace.
• Colour correction: Basic and Premium colour correction are available for eligible album and print orders.
• Album proofing: Workspace Album Proofing is available for albums designed by Queensberry or designed in Workspace.
• Eyes-on, hands-on service: Our team reviews the details of your order and may contact you if files or specifications need attention before production.

Ordering and delivery benefits

• Parent and companion albums: Discounted copies may be available when you order additional albums from the same images.
• Shipping: Shipping is included for many finished products. Loose, matted and mounted prints and some other items may incur freight.
• Dropshipping: Eligible orders can be shipped directly to your client in the same country as your account.
• Test prints: Test prints may be available with your first order so you can evaluate our printing.

Discounts and sales support

• Studio sample discounts help you build a collection of display products.
• Companion, Tier and promotional discounts apply when their individual conditions are met.
• Queensberry provides product imagery and other resources to help approved clients present and sell our products.
